1. 1958 Plymouth Fury - "Christine"
She'll possess you. Then destroy you. She's death on wheels. She's...Christine.
Who wouldn't love a crazy, demonic, murderous car?
Specializing in all things evil, Christine takes the cake for the craziest movie car. With a mind of her own, hell hath no fury like a jealous red car.
2. 1961 Ferrari 250 GT - "Ferris Bueller's Day Off"
Ferris' Ferrari is the stuff American school students can only dream of while enduring seemingly endless hours of school. Ferris Bueller inspired a generation of "school cutters", with his cheeky antics and his father's restored 1961 Ferrari 250 GT.
The car is as iconic as Ferris himself and makes us believe that all the mischief he got up to on this epic day is only possible in such a beast of a car.
3. 1968 Ford Mustang GT 390 - "Bullitt"
There are good cops and there are bad cops - and then there is Bullit.
There are also good cars and bad cars - and than there is the 1968 Ford Mustang GT 390.
There are also epic car chase scenes and there are perhaps none more edge-of-your-seat brilliant than the one in "Bullitt".
4. Batmobile Tumbler - "Batman Begins"
No car in movie and television history has evolved like the Batmobile. Made famous by the Batman franchise, the Batmobile is the ultimate secret weapon disguised as a sleek street machine.
Featuring a rocket launcher, front autocannons, jet engine and stealth mode, this car puts all things Bond to shame.
5. 1977 Camaro Bumblebee
Sent by Optimus Prime to protect Sam from the Deceptions, Bumblebee was the undeniable star of the Transformers franchise (unless you are a teenage boy, in which case Megan Fox would overrule this).
Trapped in the body of a raggedy old 1977 Chevvy Camaro, Bumblebee later transforms into a shiny 2009 model, but it's the original Camaro that steals the show.
6. 1976 Ford Gran Torino - "Starsky and Hutch"
This iconic Ford Gran Torino graced our TV screens for years during the 1970's but it wasn't until the 2004 film adaptation of Starsky and Hutch that this car became the legend it is today.
During filming, 10 cars were sacrificed, all in the aim of portraying a car that can do just about anything, if you have guys with bad enough hair behind the wheel.
7. 1969 Dodge Charger AKA "The General Lee" - "The Dukes of Hazzard"
Another comedic duo to successfully drive a car to the ground is the Duke Cousins, Bo and Luke.
With a little help from their oh-so-blonde cousin Daisy, the boys manage to steer "The General Lee" to victory in the Annual Hazzard Road Race rally, which in the process, saving their much loved farm (and moonshine business) from destruction.
8. Aston Martin DB5 - "James Bond"
Making an appearance in half a dozen bond movies, the Aston Martin DB5 is the quintessential Bond car.
Boasting oil slick, smoke screen, ejector seat, radar tracking system, machine guns and revolving license plates, this car offers everything but the kitchen sink.
9. 1966 Ford Thunderbird - "Thelma and Louise"
Louise's classic T-Bird convertible symbolizes the freedom that she and Thelma recklessly pursue. The cross country chase couldn't have been done in anything more suitable than this classic convertible.
