They offer instructions on how to build your own HHO gas producing devices that benefit your vehicle as mentioned above.

So, in closing, stay away from ready made devices that claim to fully run your car on water, you can recognize them by their high prices, often in excess of a thousand dollars. The cheaper do-it-yourself instruction offers are valid and will SUPPLEMENT your fuel intake.
